Placing an Order
We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for all catering orders.
Need something last-minute?
Email us at catering@breadandtruffle.com before 9:00 AM, and if we can make it work, we’ll deliver within 2 hours of confirmation.
Cancellations & Refunds
Life happens – if you need to cancel, please let us know at least 12 hours before your delivery time.
Since we prep fresh and in advance, late cancellations may not be refundable.
For approved cancellations, we’ll process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
Minimum Order & Delivery Fees
There’s no minimum order, so feel free to order as much or as little as you need.
Delivery fees apply and vary based on your location.
(Free delivery may be available for larger orders — just ask!)
Dietary Requirements
We’re happy to cater to dietary needs; including vegetarian, gluten-free friendly, and halal options, as long as we’re told at the time of booking or at least 24 hours in advance.
Please note: while we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we can’t guarantee an allergen-free kitchen. If you or a guest has a serious allergy, let us know and we’ll advise accordingly.
Delivery & Setup
We aim to deliver within your requested time window, but external delays (like traffic or weather) can sometimes affect timing.
Setup services are available on request and may include an additional fee, just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
